If you could be any Jacqueline Wilson character who would you be?
Hetty Feather is a Foundling Hospital girl and was given her name when she was left there as a baby by her mother. But she always longed to be called Sapphire, after her sapphire-blue eyes. Sapphire battersea was a great sequel to the page-turning Hetty feather. I dont think authors who write stories like this one get enough credit. No other author would think to come up with the idea for this book and not only are people learning more about the victorian era but are enjoying reading it as well. Amazing book!!!!! x

SPOILER ALERT*******I bought this about 3 days after it came out. I thought it was very heart felt and very sad when Ida Battersea (Sapphire Battersea's) mother died from getting unwell. My favourite part of the story was when Sapphire was on the beach with Charlotte and Maisie when they are running around on the sand. There wasn't a part of the book I didn't like. It is an amazing book and I hope other people like it as much as me.
