Hi! I'm Charlie (DON'T call me Charlotte - ever!). History is boring, right? Wrong! The Victorians weren't all deadly dull and drippy. Lottie certainly isn't. She's eleven – like me – but she's left school and has a job as a nursery maid. Her life is really hard, just work work work, but I bet she'd know what to do about my mum's awful boyfriend and his wimpy little son. I bet she wouldn't mess it all up like I do . . .

I love this book because it has a really good vision of real life. And when I first got it I only read the bits with Lottie in it!!

I love this book even though i am only on page 72 it is ammaaaazing already. Its really funny when she is making sly comments about jamie edwards. I like her mum and how she does three jobs in one day so she and charlie can have normal life.
P.S I know u already know this but if u don't lottie and charlie have the same name !!!

The Lottie Project: Charlie and Jo are a perfect pair and you would of never thought that Jo is Charlie mum this book is really gr8 youve gotta read it!
