If you could be any Jacqueline Wilson character who would you be?
My hands ache as I type this, because I've signed sooooo many books this October! Still, it's been a wonderful tour and I've enjoyed every minute, even though I'm so tired I think I'll sleep through most of November.
One enormous highlight this month was the opening of the Daydreams and Diaries exhibition about me in Newcastle. I wonder if you saw it on Blue Peter or Newsround? I absolutely love the exhibition and I can't wait to hear what you think of it too! It was fun being there at the opening party with Nick. He gave such a lovely speech about me that we nearly all cried!
Then the following week there was the special Jacqueline Wilson Festival at the University of Central Lancashire. It was great meeting the writing competition winners and doing a special workshop with them. I took part in all sorts of events all day and didn't finish signing until half past eight- but I had a fantastic time.
I hope you've enjoyed reading my tour diary. I might even have mentioned you!
There's only been one very sad downside to the last month- my dear little cat Jacob has broken his paw very badly. He's been in and out of vet hospital, and how he has to stay in a big cage with his paw hidden in a big blue bandage. He's been so good and brave all the time. He swallows all his pills obediently and doesn't ever struggle or scratch, even when he's in pain. He's the best cat in the whole world. I do so hope his paw gets better soon.
