About Tracy:
Tracy is in care. She lives at The Dumping Ground and her fiery, feisty character means she tends to make more enemies than friends. But little Peter loves her and she does have some good friends like Alexander and Football, who she meets when they are all bunking off school.
Sadly, Tracy doesn’t have much contact with her mum but that doesn’t stop her hoping she’ll visit every holiday. However, she does have Cam, a sort-of-foster-mum who visits for days out involving lots of chips, ice-cream and doing things like shopping.
One thing Tracy never does is cry – although she can be struck with a touch of hay-fever if she’s going through particularly difficult time. All in all, Tracy is difficult and outrageous, but she’s a real star and utterly lovable.
